The base and backbone of the company is the manager, Arturo Manjarres, who has more than a decade of experience in the private financial banking sector on Wall Street in New York City, serving as vice president of real estate for corporations such as JP . Morgan Private Bank, Citibank Private Bank, Santander, also has a Real Estate license in the United States, Florida Boca Ratón where the investment transaction center is located.
Based on the resources that the company has, we want to offer future clients in Colombia an effective business model to facilitate the purchase and sale of real estate at a national and international level.
The company also promotes and is part of solar energy transformer projects for private clients that it has in Spain. The objective is to favor the Boyacá area (taking into account the altimetry conditions and its proximity to the sun) and its inhabitants by generating greater profitability and economic returns on their lands, seeking greater sustainability over time.

Capital Group investments began in its beginning stages many years ago. The foundation and backbone of the company comes from more than a decade working in the Financial Private banking sector in New york City wall street were as a Vice President of real estate I worked for Corporation such as JP Morgan Private Bank, Citibank Private Bank, Santander Private Bank, In addition I have been licensed for Real Estate in the united states in Boca Raton florida were the companies south florida Investment transactions begin their process.
We also have a presence in New York city in the prominent upper east side for Investors in the northeast region of the United states.
From all our resources that we offer our clients from the center of Tunja Boyaca Colombia we are able to demographically and strategically develop an effective business model to better facilitate an effective business plan to our clients.
The most recent development has been a project of a solar region of La Dorada Colombia for our Private clients from Spain . This investment opportunity objective is the possibility for a landowner to rent his or her property for a 30 yr period and have a return of 4000,000 per acre at a monthly rate. We are currently requesting ebsa to facilitate this project at our request for all of Boyaca due to the elevation and the percentage of exposure of the sun. Boyaca is an ideal location for this particular project.
Once we have facilitated the office a large-scale aggressive marketing campaign will be conducted at an international scale in terms of internet marketing radio RCN, Radio 1, Blue radio and publications throughout the southeast region and northeast of the United States and in addition to all of Colombia.
